From replacing old equipment to facilitating presentations at international conferences, WHRF and the John Vane Academy are actively supporting medical researchers.
Research is expensive. The William Harvey Research Institute competes successfully for funds from government and biomedical research charities for its established projects but your donations will allow the Foundation to support the Institute's researchers in starting new lines of work.
Every day, people benefit from the pioneering research of Sir John Vane, Nobel Laureate and founder of the William Harvey Research Foundation. Such vital research continues today supported by the Foundation.
WHRF regularly funds thousands of pounds worth of grants, including Innovation Awards, Research Fellowships, PhD studentships and state-of-the-art equipment.
